What this site is
The site gives information about Fervo and our games, along with news, articles and a press kit. It doesn’t sell anything. Our games are sold and distributed through third-party stores such as Steam.
Buying and playing our games
When you buy, download or play one of our games on Steam or another platform, the terms of that platform apply (for Steam, the Steam Subscriber Agreement), together with any end-user licence presented with the game. These website terms don’t change those agreements.
Game information on this site, including features, languages and system requirements, describes games still in development. It can change before or after release. Release dates and prices are only final when they appear on the store page.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, game names, logos, artwork, screenshots, videos and code — belongs to Fervo or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may:
- view, share links to and quote reasonable excerpts from the site for personal, non-commercial use;
- use the materials in our press kit to write about, review, stream or make videos about our games, including on monetized channels, as long as you don’t suggest that we endorse you or your work.
You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish or sell our content, or use our names and logos in a way that could confuse people about who made something, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use the site in any way that breaks the law, attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interferes with the site’s operation (for example through excessive automated requests), or harms other people.
Links to other sites
The site links to third-party sites and services such as Steam, X and YouTube. We don’t control them and we aren’t responsible for their content, availability or policies.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Fervo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
